May is Healthy Vision Month!
A great way to ensure healthy vision in our youngest and most precious assets is through the InfantSEE program. This is a public health program that our office has participated in for many years!
It is designed to ensure that vision and eye health become an integral part of infant wellness care to improve a child’s quality of life.
Under this program, our doctors provide a no-cost eye and vision assessment for infants 6-12 months old regardless of a family’s income or access to insurance coverage.
This introductory exam for infants will assess risks for any ocular health abnormalities and can help predict the likelihood of nearsightedness and farsightedness.
